In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the creation and refinement of AI models, applying state-of-the-art transformer architectures and enhancing language models through techniques like LoRA. Key Responsibilities:



- Drive development of AI models from telemetry datasets - Build and fine-tune language models with LoRA and QLoRA - Establish evaluation frameworks to assess model performance - Author technical documentation and best practices - Collaborate across departments to deliver AI solutions
Requirements: - 5+ years in machine learning engineering or data science - Deep understanding of transformer models and AI techniques - Experience with model training and evaluation methodologies - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Bachelor’s degree;
