In this agile role, you will take charge of environmental management systems and health and safety regulations, guiding teams in achieving operational goals. You will implement Lean strategies to improve processes while ensuring adherence to environmental and safety standards under the Magellan Operating System (MOS™).

Key Responsibilities:
Lead ISO 14001 compliance and environmental initiatives
Chair Joint Health & Safety Committee to resolve issues
Drive cross-departmental CI projects and metrics reporting
Ensure safety training and adherence to regulations
Manage security protocols and regulatory compliance

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or Engineering
5+ years of experience in related fields
Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
Understanding of regulatory requirements in Canada
Strong leadership and training capabilities
