GFL Environmental – 310T Truck & Coach Technician (Reg) – Windsor, ON

A fully licensed technician to join our growing solids team. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, inspection, diagnosis, and repair of 310T trucks and coaches and related equipment. Full‑time, five days a week (Monday‑Friday) with optional weekend work at management’s discretion.

Key Responsibilities
Perform repairs and preventive maintenance services
Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on vehicles and equipment
Use vehicle computer electronics systems to interpret failure modes and initiate repairs
Estimate time and material costs for vehicle repairs
Conduct service calls for emergency breakdowns
Perform safety checks on all vehicles and equipment
Complete required paperwork using fleet maintenance software,



documenting part usage and accounting for repair times
Maintain a clean and protected work area in compliance with corporate/OHSA standards
Work in accordance with established safety procedures
Assist apprentices by providing guidance and support
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills
310T Truck and Coach License / Registered Level 3 Apprentice
Valid “G” driver’s license with reliable transportation to and from work
Own tools required
Welding experience considered an asset
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Applicants with 3+ years of experience will be prioritized.
