Key Responsibilities:
Provide HR advice to managers and employees
Support recruitment and retention initiatives




Manage attendance and performance evaluations
Prepare workforce data and analysis reports
Assist with WSIB claims and return-to-work processes

Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management
Minimum 2 years HR experience preferred
Working towards CHRP designation
Knowledge of HR legislation and union matters
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
