This temporary full time position reports to the Provincial Privacy Manager and requires a successful track record in health information management. Your role involves processing requests from various third parties and assisting patients in navigating complex legal forms and fees.

Key Responsibilities:
Guide patients through accessing their health records
Process information requests for third parties
Manage subpoenas and court appearances for records




Collect and estimate payment for health information access
Generate billing in collaboration with the Finance Department

Requirements:
Grade XII and graduation from an accredited Health Information Management Program
Membership in valuable standing with CHIMA required
Knowledge of privacy legislation and confidentiality practices
Proficiency in computer software relevant to the role
Solid organizational and communication abilities
