This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team, providing administrative guidance, and ensuring project objectives are met in terms of technical solutions and quality. Key Responsibilities:
Direct and manage design engineering teams efficiently
Conduct resource planning for project requirements
Ensure design compliance with technical and performance standards




Oversee non-conformance action reporting and resolution
Collaborate with clients and sub-consultants for seamless design interfaces
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and relevant Professional designation
At least 10 years of experience, with supervisory experience preferred
Extensive project execution knowledge
Experience in heavy industry or Mining & Minerals desirable
Competency in MS Office and MS Project required
