This role requires a hands‑on operator who is confident working with heavy equipment and capable of maintaining consistent output while prioritizing safety and equipment performance.The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical awareness, proven experience in crushing and screening operations, and the ability to troubleshoot and adapt quickly in demanding conditions.ResponsibilitiesCrushing & Screening OperationsOperate and monitor crushing and screening plantsEnsure consistent material production and quality outputAdjust plant settings as required to meet production targetsEquipment OperationOperate loaders and excavators to support crushing operationsManage material flow,
