Decisions), and requirements documentsPrepare executive summary reports and regular project status updates for leadership and stakeholdersEnsure documentation is accurate, current, and aligned with project governance standardsTask, Resource & Financial TrackingTrack task assignments, progress, and resource utilizationMonitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance against planned targetsSupport financial reporting, cost tracking, and variance analysisEnsure effective use of time, resources, and tools across projectsRisk & Issue ManagementIdentify, log, and track project risks and issuesSupport escalation of risks and issues to appropriate stakeholdersAssist in mitigating impacts related to delays, defects, or communication gapsQualifications and Skills5+ years of experience in project control within an IT workplace or equivalent experienceCollege diploma required in a technology, business, or related fieldStrong knowledge of project management methodologies, including PMI's PMBOKSolid understanding of budgeting, financial, and accounting principlesExperience producing executive-level summaries and project status reportsProven experience with meeting coordination, minute-taking, action item tracking, and RAID logsAbility to leverage AI tools for productivity and reporting is considered an assetBasic knowledge of the ITIL frameworkStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesHigh attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced IT environmentComfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersMu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada#J-18808-Ljbffr
