Sunwest RV Centre is seeking a friendly, organized, customer focused Parts and Service Advisor to join our team for the busy season. This role supports both the Parts and Service departments by assisting customers, coordinating repair appointments, processing invoices, and ensuring technicians have the parts they need to complete their work efficiently. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, take pride in accuracy, and like helping customers get back on the road, this is a great fit.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service and Front CounterAnswer incoming calls and assist walkin customersSchedule service appointments and coordinate customer checkins and pickupsProvide parts information, pricing, and availability using manuals, reference materials and computer systemsUpsell parts and labour when appropriateEnsure a positive customer experience through timely communication and accurate invoicingParts Coordination and InventoryEnsure all required parts are available for technicians ahead of scheduled jobsAssist with estimates and quotes when neededMonitor inventory levels and restock the retail areaPerform inventory counts and communicate stock status to the Parts ManagerBuild product displays to support retail salesShip and receive parts and accessoriesProcess warranty parts returns to manufacturersService AdministrationReview, finalize,
