Overview

As a Tim Hortons Team Member, you will play an key role in creating a positive experience for our guests. You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment while maintaining high standards of customer service, food safety, cleanliness, and product quality.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, sandwiches, baked goods, and other menu items according to company standards.
- Operate the cash register and process cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Restock supplies, ingredients, and restaurant products as needed.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Respond professionally and courteously to customer questions and concerns.
- Work effectively with other team members during busy periods.
- Follow company policies, procedures,



and operational standards.
- Complete other restaurant duties as assigned.

Skills

- Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced settings
- Good understanding of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and basic math for transactions
- Kitchen experience or familiarity with food industry standards is a plus
- Skills in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales

Pay: From $16.75 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
