We are looking for a Full Time TeamSite / CMS Developer with strong OpenText and Java experience to support the current CMS platform and contribute to the organization's next-generation CMS modernization strategy The primary focus will be replacing and maintaining the existing OpenText/Java capability while developing into a long-term CMS Technical/Development Lead responsible for architecture, modernization, migration, integrations, and future-state CMS development

Required Skills

- Solid hands-on experience with OpenText TeamSite/CMS
- Strong Java development experience
- CMS development, customization, and integrations
- Experience with API-first and API-driven architecture
- Experience with CMS modernization and migration
- JavaScript/TypeScript experience
- React/Next.js experience preferred
- Experience with cloud technologies and CI/CD
- Headless/composable CMS experience preferred
- Strong technical leadership and architecture skills

Responsibilities

- Own and enhance the existing OpenText TeamSite platform
- Lead CMS development,



integrations, and technical solutions
- Perform current-state CMS assessments
- Define and support target CMS architecture
- Lead modernization and migration initiatives
- Collaborate with architecture and development teams
- Help transition from traditional CMS to a headless/composable model
- Grow into the CMS Technical/Development Lead role
- Lead development on the new CMS platform after migration

Preferred Future-State Experience

Experience with Contentful, Contentstack, Storyblok, or similar headless/composable CMS platforms is highly desirable Experience with Adobe AEM, WordPress VIP, cloud platforms, CI/CD, React, Next.js, and API integrations is an added advantage

OpenText/TeamSite is the must-have skill. Modern composable/headless CMS experience is the key differentiator.
