About the Opportunity

Experience Advisors (XA), in partnership with CSPN Inc., is seeking a Technical Instructional Designer to design high-impact systems training that enables successful technology adoption.

This role sits at the intersection of business process design, enterprise systems implementation, and adult learning. You will work closely with Business Analysts, Functional Leads, Subject Matter Experts, and client stakeholders to translate system functionality into practical, engaging learning experiences that drive user confidence and performance.

In this role, you will:

· Design and develop role-based systems training for enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS).

· Translate business process maps and system workflows into clear, actionable learning content.

· Create engaging instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning assets.

· Ensure learners can confidently navigate, adopt, and apply new technologies at go-live and beyond.

Core Learning Solutions Include

· Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT)

· eLearning modules and digital learning pathways

· System simulations and walkthroughs

· Role-based job aids and performance support tools

· Knowledge checks, assessments, and reinforcement tools

About the Role & Responsibilities

Focus Area 1:

Learning Needs Analysis & Planning

What You’ll Do

· Partner with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand system functionality, business processes, and user roles.

· Conduct structured needs analysis to define learning objectives tied to performance outcomes.

· Develop curriculum roadmaps and recommend optimal delivery modalities (ILT, VILT, eLearning, blended).

· Align learning plans to implementation timelines, including go-live and post-launch reinforcement.

Focus Area 2:

Instructional Design and Content Development

What You’ll Do

· Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).

· Design content that progresses logically from system navigation to complex role-specific tasks.





· Develop measurable learning objectives and aligned assessments.

· Create structured storyboards and detailed design documents prior to build.

Focus Area 3:

System Training Development

What You’ll Do

· Build training content for enterprise systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and similar platforms.

· Develop digital walkthroughs and simulations using tools such as WalkMe, Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, or similar platforms.

· Produce job aids, workflow guides, and reinforcement materials supporting on-the-job application.

· Ensure content is practical and directly tied to real user scenarios.

Focus Area 4:

Collaboration with SMEs & Stakeholders

What You’ll Do

· Partner closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth transitions from sale to delivery.

· Provide clear context, assumptions, and success criteria to support effective execution

· Gather client and delivery feedback to refine offerings over time.

Focus Area 5:

Implementation & Quality Assurance

What You’ll Do

· Conduct pilot sessions and user testing to validate clarity and effectiveness.

· Incorporate feedback and continuously improve materials.

· Ensure learning assets meet accessibility and usability standards.

· Support delivery readiness, including facilitator guides and train-the-trainer materials.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

What You’ll Do

· Design evaluation approaches to measure learner retention and application.

· Use learner feedback and performance data to refine content.

· Contribute to improving internal design standards and best practices.

About You

· 5+ years of instructional design experience, including systems training for adult learners.

· Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations (ERP, CRM, HRIS, or similar platforms).

· Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.

· Experience building eLearning and digital system simulations.

· Comfort delivering training sessions to end-users when required.

· Strong project management capability managing concurrent initiatives.

· Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
