Project Manager – Enterprise Software Delivery

This would be 3x a week on-site. Pay is anywhere from 130-160k CAD

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex, enterprise-level software and systems integration projects. This role will manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions within scope, schedule, and budget. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal delivery teams, responsible for planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of multi-phase initiatives.

Projects may include custom application development, system modernization, cloud implementations, and integrations involving third-party or COTS platforms

Responsibilities

- Create, update, and manage detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar too
- Define and control project scope, budget, timelines, and delivery expectations
- Track, analyze, and report on project progress, including regular status meetings and client-facing updates
- Maintain and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, and Changes
- Facilitate project planning sessions and coordinate activities across client and internal teams
- Serve as the main liaison between stakeholders,



ensuring clear and consistent communication
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and blockers as needed
- Prepare executive-level reporting, including monthly forecasts, milestone tracking, and budget updates
- Support and lead steering committee meetings with structured presentations and project updates

esRequirement

- 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise or consulting environments
- Proven experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $1M
- Strong background in project planning, scheduling, and delivery across multi-phase initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing scope, risk, and issue resolution in complex environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
- Experience working with collaboration tools such as WebEx, Teams, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accountability
- PMP certification is a plus but not required
- Exposure to cloud, data, AI/ML, or contemporary software delivery environments is beneficial
