We are looking for a

Technical Service Representative to join our Automotive Refinish Technologies team in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Automotive Refinish Technologies (A.R.T.) is a subsidiary of Surventis Coatings, distributing wholesale automotive and industrial paint coatings products to Auto Body Collision Repair Shops and Light Industrial Manufacturers.

The A.R.T.

Technical Service

Representative is responsible for educating and informing customers about Surventis coatings products and procedures.



This role provides customer support and ensures the highest level of technical service excellence in the field, aligned with customer Service Level Agreements and A.R.T. technical specification standards.

As a Technical Service Representative, you will...

- Educate body shop personnel on Surventis product lines, procedures, and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues such as colour match or material application challenges.
- Collaborate with Surventis Direct Sales Representatives to perform product demos for new customers.
- Install and demonstrate Surventis refinish paint systems at customer locations
- Work closely with A.R.T. operations to ensure customer fulfillment expectations are met.
- Complete all administrative reporting accurately and within established timelines.
- Set the standard for safe, diligent, effective and efficient work practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Perform other value-added duties as assigned.

If you have...

- Trade school, college and/or paint certification(s) in industry-related discipline.
- Skilled, Positive, Determined, Customer-Centric, Hands-On, Can-Do Attitude.




- An acceptable Driver’s Abstract is a condition of employment for hire and post hire.
- Excellence in organization, time management and communication skills.
- Physically capable. Ability to Lift 50lbs.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Excellent Math

Skills.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
