You’ll lead a portfolio of high-impact clients, spark innovation in integrated media strategy, and mentor a team of planners to create work that’s bold, effective, and deeply human.This role blends business architect, strategic advisor, and team builder. You’ll be charged with elevating our planning product, deepening client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across your group.What You’ll DoStrategic LeadershipDesign integrated media strategies that deliver true business impact across digital, traditional, and emerging channels.Champion Epitaph’s proprietary planning tools and frameworks, ensuring their consistent use and ongoing evolution.Act as a senior advisor to clients, translating their goals into media strategies that spark growth.Business & Financial StewardshipLead client profitability, optimizing team utilization and managing scopes.Expand offerings through strategic cross-selling and partner opportunities to meet annual revenue targets.Provide transparent, accurate forecasting and reporting across your portfolio.Team DevelopmentInspire and manage an Integrated Planning team, cultivating a culture of excellence, growth,
