As a Journeyperson Plumber (JP1), you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality mechanical construction projects while mentoring the next generation and contributing to a safe, productive, and team-oriented jobsite.

- Hold a Certificate of Qualification and/or Red Seal endorsement in your trade and are in good standing within your trade organization.
- Hold a valid Driver's License in good standing.

- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills and can build positive relationships with clients, coworkers, and other trades.
- Are passionate about mentoring and supporting Apprentices and less experienced team members.
- Continuously upgrade your trade skills and technical understanding of building systems.
- Understand the importance of project documentation and take pride in quality work that speaks for itself.
