About the role:As aProject Specialist, Component Delivery(Sr. Project Manager), you will support the execution and delivery of complex manufacturing projects within the nuclear sector. You will ensure activities align with defined scope, cost, schedule, and quality commitments. This is a specialist-level individual contributor role focused on coordinating cross-functional project activities, tracking execution progress, supporting planning and reporting processes, and escalating risks or issues to maintain project performance. You will work across functional teams to support manufacturing execution and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen efficiency and project delivery outcomes.You will report to theManager, Project Deliveryand be located atPeterborough, Ontario, Canada. This position will be offered as anonsiterole.Key Responsibilities:Lead delivery of manufacturing projects to meet customer and contractual requirementsDirect project teams to achieve cost, schedule, and quality objectivesMonitor and manage project performance, including budget control and timeline adherenceEscalate and resolve project risks and issues to maintain delivery commitmentsManage project planning and reporting activities, including schedules and resource allocationQualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in nuclear industry manufacturing, engineering, or construction, including 3+ years of experience leading project teamsBachelor 's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing,
