In this pivotal role, you will greet guests, share YMCA program information, and ensure a welcoming environment. You'll handle facility setups, manage field transitions for user groups, and maintain high cleanliness standards. Connecting with the community while assisting with bookings, equipment management, and resolving member inquiries greatly enhances the guest experience at the Y.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up multi-purpose rooms for various rentals
• Lead transitions between sports configurations
• Greet and provide exceptional service to members




• Ensure adherence to the YMCA's values and standards
• Create bookings and process payments for rentals

Requirements:
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal formats
• Solid organizational skills and work ethic
• Flexible schedule for evenings and weekends
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
