Are you an entrepreneurial construction leader with a proven ability togrow businesses, build high-performing teams, and drive exceptional financialresults?

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented President to lead awell-established and rapidly growing shoring and foundations contractorspecializing in deep excavation support systems, specialty foundations,geotechnical construction, and heavy civil infrastructure projects.

This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a successfulbusiness with no debt, a strong market reputation, significant equipmentassets, an experienced team, and the capacity to grow from approximately $30Min annual revenue to $50M+.

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the President will beresponsible for the overall leadership, growth, profitability, and strategicdirection of the organization.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Leading the overall growthstrategy of the business, including market expansion, new clientacquisition, and revenue growth.

Owning full P&Lresponsibility; and delivering strong financial performance, profitability,and shareholder value.

Building and developinghigh-performing leadership teams across operations, project management,estimating, business development, and support functions.

Driving operational excellenceacross all projects, ensuring safe, profitable, and successful projectdelivery.

Expanding relationships withdevelopers, owners, general contractors, engineers, consultants, and keyindustry stakeholders.

Maximizing the utilization andreturn on significant equipment and capital assets.

Creating a culture ofaccountability, collaboration, employee development,



and continuousimprovement.

Leading strategic planninginitiatives to support long-term business growth and market leadership.

What We're Looking For

15+ years of progressiveleadership experience within shoring, foundations, geotechnicalconstruction, heavy civil infrastructure, or related construction sectors.

Demonstrated success leading aprofitable construction business with full P&L; accountability.

Proven track record of growingrevenue, expanding market share, and improving profitability.

Strong understanding of deepfoundations, excavation support systems, geotechnical construction, andheavy civil projects.

Experience leading unionizedconstruction operations and working effectively with labour partners.

Exceptional leadership skillswith a passion for developing people, building teams, and creatinghigh-performance cultures.

Strong business development andrelationship management capabilities with clients, consultants, andindustry partners.

Strategic mindset with theability to balance growth, operational performance, workforce development,and financial discipline.
