As a Commercial Contracts Counsel contractor at Ataccama, you will oversee the commercial contract pipeline while enhancing capacity during quarter-end surges. This role requires handling MSAs, NDAs, and other agreements with attention to detail, while maintaining an efficient workflow within the Legal team. Your collaboration with Sales and Customer Success will ensure streamlined processes and high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate various commercial agreements
• Manage redlines on customer and standard templates




• Own contract lifecycle in Linksquares and Docusign
• Advise on contract-related inquiries and escalate as needed
• Support vendor and partner agreement reviews

Requirements:
• JD or equivalent legal qualification
• 3-5 years of commercial contracts experience
• Hands-on knowledge of enterprise SaaS agreements
• Robust communication skills for non-legal stakeholders
• Proven experience with a CLM platform
