This role supports the Vice-President, Operations & Sales, overseeing a group of 30-40 retirement residences. You will drive occupancy growth and satisfaction through specialized sales strategies while managing operational efficiencies. Collaborate closely with Directors of Operations to implement Chartwell's initiatives for optimal care and resident experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure residences deliver the Chartwell Experience
• Mentor and assist Directors of Operations
• Manage special projects related to acquisitions and developments




• Investigate and address resident concerns
• Collaborate with corporate teams for operational success

Requirements:
• 10+ years in senior housing or hospitality leadership
• Solid experience in sales and change management
• Proven ability in financial results delivery
• Knowledge of applicable legislation and healthcare standards
• Education in business, healthcare, or relevant field
