Vancity is seeking an Account Manager I/II to enhance our member relationships at the Fraser Street Community Branch. In this full time role, you'll provide tailored financial advice and exceptional service to our community members.

In your role as Account Manager I/II at Vancity, you will leverage your customer service and financial expertise to support members in reaching their goals. Collaborating effectively, you will provide insightful recommendations and ensure compliance with branch policies. You will aim to maintain robust member portfolios while contributing to Vancity's commitment to social justice and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide financial and relationship-based advice to members
• Assess and identify member needs for appropriate services




• Make referrals to specialized Vancity teams as needed
• Meet targets contributing to branch profitability
• Ensure compliance with service standards and policies

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years in an Account Manager role
• Completion of Financial Planning Coursework
• Three years of member service experience
• Completed investments coursework
