We are seeking an accomplished President to lead awell-established and growing ready-mix concrete business. This executiveleadership role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, build high-performingteams, expand market presence, and deliver exceptional financial results whileleading a respected organization serving the construction industry.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President will have fullaccountability for business performance, including revenue growth,profitability, operations, customer relationships, and organizationaldevelopment.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Leading the overall strategicdirection, growth, and profitability of the business.

Driving revenue growth, marketexpansion, and long-term customer relationships.

Owning full P&Laccountability; and delivering strong financial performance.

Building, developing, andmentoring high-performing leadership teams and employees.

Overseeing operations, fleet,logistics, production, safety, and customer service to ensure operationalexcellence.

Creating a culture ofaccountability, performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Identifying recent businessopportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.

Working closely with seniorstakeholders to execute long-term business objectives.





What We're Looking For

15+ years of progressiveleadership experience within ready-mix concrete, aggregates,construction materials, industrial manufacturing, heavy civilconstruction, or related industries.

Demonstrated success leading aprofitable business unit with full P&L; responsibility .

Strong business acumen with aproven track record of growing revenue, improving margins, andincreasing market share.

Exceptional leadership skillswith experience building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.

Experience managing multi-siteoperations, logistics-intensive environments, and large workforces.

Proven ability to driveorganizational growth while developing employees and future leaders.

Strong relationship-buildingskills with customers, contractors, developers, suppliers, and industrystakeholders.

Strategic thinker with theability to balance growth, operational excellence, employee engagement,and financial performance.
