Join The Landmark Group as a Landscape Construction Lead Hand for high-end projects in the Blue Mountains area. Bring your solid landscape construction skills to build luxurious residential outdoor spaces.

This full time, seasonal position runs from mid-March to December, with potential winter work depending on demand. You will assist an experienced foreman while leading a crew in constructing residential landscapes. Your responsibilities will include everything from grading to operating construction equipment and maintaining job site standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build high-end residential landscape projects
• Install natural stone, interlock, and hardscape features
• Grading, drainage, and site preparation
• Operate skid steers and mini excavators
• Maintain job site cleanliness and safety standards

Requirements:
• 2+ years in landscape construction or related fields
• Experience with grading and reading landscape plans
• Valid driver's license required
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Ability to work well with a crew
