This role involves working closely with the school administration and a multidisciplinary team, focusing on developing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with learning difficulties. You will organize educational activities, support classroom learning, and help students in crisis, contributing to a positive educational atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement tailored action plans for students
• Organize educational, cultural, and recreational activities




• Deliver academic support and counseling for students
• Monitor and document student behavior and progress
• Facilitate reintegration of sanctioned students into the classroom

Requirements:
• Diploma in special care counseling or related field
• Prior experience working with special needs students
• Training in Autism is an asset
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• First aid certification required by the school
