Key Responsibilities:
• Lead program management and technology integration efforts
• Collaborate with other business class leads for seamless delivery
• Develop and monitor KPIs for project success




• Facilitate mentorship and training for team members
• Initiate strategic planning for upcoming projects

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar environment
• Proven ability to lead in a complex organizational structure
• Robust communication and collaboration skills
• PMP Certification is preferred
