RED Mountain Resort is seeking an experienced Bar Person for the 2026/27 Winter Season. Your role includes providing exceptional service, taking orders, and collaborating with culinary teams to enhance guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of serving experience and a passion for hospitality, along with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide attentive and skilled service to guests
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders efficiently
• Recommend menu items and beverage pairings to guests




• Collaborate with culinary and F&B; teams for smooth operations
• Maintain service areas, including bussing and side duties

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of serving experience in hospitality
• Serving It Right and Food Safe Level 1 certifications
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs
