In this role, you will support retail,professional, and contractor customers by providing knowledgeable productguidance, outstanding service, and reliable follow-up. What you’ll be doing: Build strong, lasting relationships with retail,professional, and contractor customers while representing Warman Homes CentreLP in a positive and professional manner.
Collaborate with store teams and other departments toensure customer needs are met with accurate information, timely support, andstrong product knowledge.
Complete key administrative tasks, including maintainingcustomer records, preparing quotes and invoices, processing paymentsaccurately, and following up with customers to ensure expectations are met.
Assist customers with blueprint reading, material estimates,product selection, project planning, and questions related to local buildingrequirements and codes.
Process in-store purchases and provide a smooth, helpfulcustomer experience from start to finish.
Qualifications: Knowledge of carpentry, home renovation, hardware,lumber, or building materials is considered an asset.
1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or arelated customer-focused role.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills,with the ability to follow up and track multiple projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective time management and problem-solving skills,with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Comfortable using computers and common business software.
Availability to work Saturdays on a rotating schedule.
Strong math skills and confidence working withmeasurements, estimates, and material quantities.
