COMTECH TELECOMMUNICATIONS recherche un Technicien principal en service à la clientèle pour assurer le dépannage avancé et la résolution des incidents liés aux systèmes VoIP et réseau. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le NOC, l'ingénierie et les équipes produit, sur des sites clients lorsque nécessaire.
Le candidat idéal possède une solide expérience en assistance réseau et en service clientèle, avec une connaissance pratique des réseaux IP, DHCP/DNS, et une aptitude à communiquer
