In this agile role, you will assist the Real Estate Claims team, ensuring top-notch service for clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Set up new claims efficiently and accurately
• Track non-Program claims and complete courtesy calls
• Update claims information in LEO documents
• Process opening and closing notices promptly
• Communicate effectively with clients and adjusters

Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Level 1 license required
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure when necessary
