Provide chairside support to dental practitioners and perform dental laboratory tasks to prepare prosthetic and orthodontic appliances. Maintain infection control, sterilization standards, and accurate patient and laboratory documentation.
Number of Positions 2
Main Duties Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and disinfect surfaces according to infection prevention protocols.
Assist dentists and clinicians during examinations and procedures by handing instruments, operating suction, mixing materials, and providing patient support.
Take, process and manage dental radiographs and digital images where permitted by local regulations.
Fabricate, trim, finish and polish removable prostheses, crowns, bridges and orthodontic appliances following laboratory prescriptions.
Pour and trim models, take impressions, and prepare laboratory cases and work orders for fabrication and delivery.
Manage inventory of dental materials and supplies, track laboratory workflow, and maintain accurate patient and lab records.
Requirements Completion of an accredited dental assisting or dental laboratory technology program or equivalent education.
Previous experience in a dental clinic or dental laboratory environment is preferred.
Knowledge of infection prevention, sterilization procedures, and workplace safety standards.
Ability to perform dental radiography and imaging tasks where required and compliant with local regulations.
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with patients and dental team members.
Physical ability to perform clinical and laboratory tasks, including manual dexterity and standing for extended periods.
