Yee Hong is opening the Ng Siu Chan Centre and is seeking a passionate Cook II to help shape the culture, resident experience, and care setting from day one. You will prepare, portion and serve high-quality meals for residents, following regulations and menu requirements.
Ideal candidates have a Chef Training diploma, 3+ years of institutional cooking, and strong English communication. Chinese knowledge is an asset; safety and sanitation standards are essential.
