About Our Family
We're a busy, driven family of five living in a tight-knit community. Both parents run their own businesses from home, and our household includes school-age twins committed to competitive sports and a 5-month-old baby who is along for the ride.

Between early morning school routines, back-to-back work calls, evening sports practices, entrepreneurial careers, and family life, our days are full and always moving.

We believe strongly in hard work and personal responsibility, and our older kids are expected to pitch in and care for their own spaces. What we're looking for is someone who can take ownership of the broader household operations, helping everything run smoothly so we can be more present as parents and focused in our work.

We're looking for someone proactive and self-directed — someone who can walk in, notice what needs attention, anticipate what's coming next, and take initiative. Our businesses are growing with no end in sight, but so are our kids. We are hiring a true partner who will lift our mental load so that we can focus on what truly matters: showing up as our best selves as parents while also building careers we love.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For
You're steady, proactive, and self-directed. You can look at the calendar, understand what needs to happen, and "run the play." You are confident enough to anticipate what's coming, take initiative, and keep things moving without needing constant direction.

You're warm, calm, and confident around a young baby and comfortable stepping in with capable care when needed.

You understand the rhythms of infancy and can naturally shift between baby support and the broader needs of the household throughout the day. While this isn't a nanny position, we are looking for a true partner who knows how to set household tasks down to attend to a baby's needs while we are busy with work, and come back to finish it when we can step back in.

You're comfortable working independently in a home where both parents work and are often on calls, in meetings, or in and out throughout the day. You know when to engage, when to communicate, and when to simply keep things moving behind the scenes.

Above all, you bring reliability and consistency. You show up when you say you will, communicate proactively, and follow through. You take pride in keeping a busy household running smoothly and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and get a job done. If you have a growth mindset and want to evolve with our family and businesses, we'd love to meet you.
