The Team Coordinator position in Awning & Casement Runner is an active and communicative role, where you work with department leadership, flexing into multiple jobs in a shift.
If you are a motivated, and efficient team member, with a strong focus on quality and safety.
In this role, you will:
Work as a member of a team with department leadership to run an effective, efficient department
Act as a key person in the designated work area
Ensure materials are available for use
Update stock out report and run system for company visibility
Ensure leadership is aware of all situations regarding safety, quality, personnel, product, and materials
Able to problem solve issues as they arise
Spend 90% of the workday on the floor
Flex between multiple jobs throughout the shift
You will bring:




Positive work experience in current role
Ability to work independently (self-motivated)
Ability to understand and write simple correspondences as well as verbal communication in English
Valuable organizational skills
Ability to work as part of a team and motivate team members
Basic computer and math skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to lift 10-25 lbs. repeatedly
