As part of the Huron Lodge team, you will focus on meeting the emotional, social, and physical needs of residents. Your role includes maintaining documentation and communicating changes in conditions to registered staff. You'll actively participate in care plans and assist with various personal care tasks to ensure residents' comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care tailored to residents' individual needs
• Monitor and report changes in residents' emotional condition
• Support residents in restorative daily living activities




• Keep environments tidy and respectful for residents
• Participate in required training and emergency preparedness duties

Requirements:
• Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or related education
• Certification as a Personal Support Worker or registered nurse
• Minimum three months' experience in a health care workplace
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to continue education and training efforts
