Apply to join a growing company providing food distribution in Northern Ontario. Reliable Dairy / 705 Foods is seeking a motivated and reliable Inside Sales worker to join our team.
Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email to process orders, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional service.
Manage incoming calls and effectively resolve customer questions, concerns, and service issues.
Coordinate the ordering and replenishment of milk products and operational supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels.
Generate and process invoices, monitor accounts receivable, track payments, and prepare bank deposits.
Review and prepare customer orders for warehouse picking and fulfillment.
Oversee daily order-picking activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion.
Plan and schedule delivery routes for a fleet of three drivers, optimizing service levels and delivery efficiency.
Monitor and maintain inventory records using the Odoo ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and stock availability.
Track and manage refrigeration and freezer equipment inventory, maintenance schedules,



and operational status.
Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to support customer needs, coordinate account activities, and drive business growth.
Assist with general administrative and operational tasks to support daily business operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Proficiency in QuickBooks, with experience in invoicing, payment tracking, and general accounting functions.
Experience with Odoo ERP/Inventory Management Software is considered a strong asset.
Robust verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, drivers, suppliers, and team members.
Highly dependable, organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Experience working in a distribution, wholesale, food service, or dairy-related environment is an asset.
Must have access to a reliable vehicle to make bank deposits at the end of each shift.
