We are looking for a dedicated Personal Support Worker to enhance residents' lives at AgeCare. This role requires monitoring care plans, documenting care details, and participating in staff education sessions. Daily responsibilities include onboarding new staff and adhering to Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) policies to ensure protected practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor resident care per established plans
• Document care details as directed by supervisors
• Attend in-service education and meetings
• Assist in onboarding new employees
• Follow IPAC policies and procedures

Requirements:
• Graduate from a PSW Certificate/Diploma Program
• Meet vocational standards set by relevant authorities
• Knowledge of geriatric resident care techniques
• Understanding of sanitation and cleaning methods
• Compassionate attitude towards resident care
