• Set up and tear down Fabrication equipment accurately
• Operate equipment to meet strict production targets
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance standards
• Notify Supervisor of defects or serious issues
• Maintain clean work area following 5S practices

Requirements:
• 1+ years of Fabrication (Tube Cell) experience
• Strong mathematical and manual dexterity skills
• Valuable communication skills in English
• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent education
• Punctual and willing to learn new processes
