Key Responsibilities: Prepare material take-offs, read blueprints, interpret work orders, and apply building codes and construction math to ensure compliance and accurate execution of tasks;
Perform restoration tasks in line with residential and commercial construction projects from sitepreparation to job completion;
Identify and address issues affecting job completion, proactively communicating with the ProjectManager and adhering to timelines to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction;
Foster customer satisfaction by maintaining professionalism, building strong relationships, and ensuring prompt, accurate communication with clients, subcontractors, insurance adjustors and other relevant stakeholders;
Ensure a safe and compliant work workplace by conducting hazard assessments, maintaining organized and hazard-free job sites, and ensuring proper use, maintenance, and storage of tools, equipment, and PPE. Promptly report and document unsafe conditions or incidents, actively participate in safety training and inspections, and support organizational safety initiatives as directed by the Health and Safety Department; and
Any other reasonable duties as assigned.
Qualifications: i.Required: Proficient in basic math skills;
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a diversified workload and meet deadlinesin a fast-paced environment;
Ability to work independently or as a team, as required;
Attention to detail and a keen sense of safeguarding other people’s property and information; and




Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle per BELFOR’s Auto Policy.
ii.Preferred: 1+ years of experience within the construction, restoration or insurance industry;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite;

4. Working Conditions: Due to the nature of our business, this position will work normal business hours but may be required to work in the evenings, on-call, or outside normal working hours;
Perform tasks requiring mobility in tight or confined spaces, sustained physical activity (standing, lifting, walking, bending, kneeling), and working at heights over 5 feet as needed;
Manual dexterity for keyboarding, repetitive tasks, and prolonged periods of computer use, demanding attention to detail and high levels of accuracy; and
