As a part of the Home & Community Care team, reporting to the Home Care Manager, you will apply your robust clinical skills in an independent setting. Your leadership will guide health care aides as you deliver holistic care, driving health outcomes and supporting clients of varying ages in their homes. You will engage with multidisciplinary teams regularly to ensure comprehensive services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise care delivered by health care aides in homes
• Deliver personalized nursing care across various conditions
• Contribute to interdisciplinary team care plans




• Conduct and document nursing assessments and interventions
• Implement wound care and palliative care techniques

Requirements:
• Completion of accredited practical nurse education
• Actively registered with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Preferred experience in home care
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle needed
