Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate within an inter skilled care team on nursing strategies
• Conduct resident clinical assessments and keep care documentation updated




• Administer medications and treatments according to regulatory standards
• Manage care conferences and respond to resident condition changes
• Educate families on care plans and support needs

Requirements:
• Valid registration as a Practical Nurse in the relevant province
• Experience in gerontology and working alongside unregulated caregivers
• Strong communication and care coordination abilities
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
