You’ll play a meaningful role in shaping care delivery while working alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.Position DescriptionThe Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care within scope, supporting patients across episodic primary care, preventative care, chronic disease management, and specialty infusion services. The role includes close collaboration with specialist physicians, particularly in gastroenterology and other specialty areas,



as well as support for patients before and after biologic infusions.Beyond clinical care, this position contributes to clinic operations and quality initiatives, including mentoring nursing staff, supporting safe infusion practices, developing policies and clinical pathways, and participating in audits and performance improvement activities.
