• Facilitate social and educational programs for students • Support Residence Life management and programming initiatives • Enforce community living standards and handle conflicts • Serve as a mentor and resource to Residence Council • Conduct violation meetings and administer sanctions

Requirements: • Previous leadership experience is an asset • Completed Standard First Aid & CPR Level “C” • Valid Criminal Record Check required • Strong communication and customer service skills • Commitment to student well-being and community standards
