The Town of Banff is looking for two casual aquatic professionals until December 31, 2027. Your role will include planning and executing swim lessons, ensuring participant safety, and supporting all aspects of program delivery. You will also be responsible for maintaining high safety standards through monitoring and equipment upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan engaging aquatic programs for diverse age groups
• Lifeguard public swimming events while providing instruction
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities




• Handle emergencies and provide first aid within guidelines
• Collaborate with others to maximize program participation
Requirements:
• Certification in National Lifeguard training necessary
• Strong experience in swim instruction and program delivery
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
• Commitment to maintaining a safe environment
• Availability for diverse shifts based on program needs
