This role requires solid mechanical knowledge and administrative skills, ensuring maintenance coordination for our Fleet Repair & Maintenance facility. You will negotiate rates, assist with breakdowns, and maintain relationships with external shops to support our drivers. Organizational skills and teamwork are vital, as you'll provide backup for office staff when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate maintenance arrangements with external shops
• Assist drivers with breakdowns and on-road repairs
• Negotiate service and parts rates effectively
• Maintain vendor and towing company lists
• Support FRM office staff during absences

Requirements:
