In this role, the IT Support Technician is essential for maintaining hardware and software that staff depend on daily. You will troubleshoot networks, manage access control systems, and document all support requests efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
• Effectively resolve technical issues from HTM staff
• Install and maintain hardware/software across platforms




• Manage and issue access control keycards securely
• Keep accurate track of IT inventory and equipment
• Assist with vendor coordination for IT needs

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s preferred
• At least two years of IT support experience
• Proficient with Apple Business Manager and Jamf MDM
• Experience with network troubleshooting preferred
• Bilingual candidates preferred
