This full time role involves working closely with residents to enhance their well-being. You will engage in assessments, develop behavior support plans, and maintain necessary documentation. Your hands-on approach will contribute to a nurturing atmosphere while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to promote growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in assessments and goal setting for individuals
• Maintain open communication with families and professionals
• Implement personalized behavior support plans
• Prepare nutritious meals and support daily living skills
• Drive individuals to appointments and community activities
Requirements:
• Minimum two-year diploma in relevant fields
• Experience with behavioral and attachment challenges
• First Aid, CPR, and Mandt certification (training provided)
• Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License required
• Must be at least 19 years old
