Requirements
What You'll Do

Program, set up, and operate CNC machining centers and turning centers

Develop processes, select tooling, and create efficient setups

Machine precision components to tolerances as tight as ±0.0005"

Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and GD&T;

Perform in-process and final inspections

Troubleshoot machining challenges and improve processes

Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and field teams

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What You Bring

5+ years of CNC machining experience

Strong programming, setup, and troubleshooting skills





Experience with Fanuc and/or Fagor controls

Knowledge of G & M code programming

Experience with conversational programming and CAM software (GibbsCAM preferred)

Strong understanding of tooling, feeds & speeds, GD&T;, and precision measurement

Ability to work independently and solve complex machining challenges

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with both CNC and manual machining equipment
