They’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across the business, partnering with stakeholders to attract exceptional talent while helping shape the future of the people agenda.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of business functions

Partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes

Direct sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management

Building proactive talent pipelines for future hiring needs

Improving recruitment processes, reporting and hiring efficiencies

Supporting contractor hiring and compliance processes





Contributing to employer branding and EVP initiatives

Acting as a trusted recruitment partner to stakeholders across the business

Using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS software

What We’re Looking For

In-house recruitment or talent acquisition experience

Proven ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

Experience managing multiple vacancies in a fast-paced setting

A proactive, accountable and solutions-focused approach

Experience recruiting across corporate and commercial functions

Good knowledge of UK recruitment best practice and employment legislation
