Our partner company is seeking a Head of Operations who can radically improve the operational framework of their growing DTC business. You will be responsible for establishing processes, supporting functional leaders, and driving effective operations devoid of founder dependence. Your role will allow for substantial input in shaping the operational landscape and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complete operations including supply chain and fulfillment management
• Create scalable processes and establish solid documentation
• Maintain a knowledge base and improve operational workflows




• Develop comprehensive inventory planning and reporting systems
• Establish metrics for team performance and operational insights

Requirements:
• 3+ years in operations, preferably in a physical-product or DTC setting
• Experience in scaling businesses with $20M–$50M in revenue
• Deep understanding of supply chains and operational dynamics
• Experience with Shopify, Notion, and operational reporting
• Adept in team recruitment, training, and performance management
